New harness leather bridle , made in US
with excellent quality domestic harness leather. The bridle is
similar to a side pull, but it uses straps that cross under the horse's
jaw instead of rings on the side of a tight nose band. It is
actually an old style of bridle, used by knowledgeable horsemen for many
years. There are 2 straps that cross under the horses jaw and then go
thru rings at the side of the adjustable nose band You then attach your
own reins to rings located at the end of the straps that crossed under
the horse's jaw. The bridle is very effective in controlling the
horse by applying pressure to more than one point on the head. It
applies direct rein pressure to the poll, throat/jaw and nose of the
horse. It is not a Dr Cook bridle, that bridle is made of English bridle
leather and has a US patent. The basic design and function of both is that of the
original old trainers design. Take a good look
