Ply-Bond Spring Tree. This tree has set the standard of excellence for
other saddlers since the patented system was developed more than 50 years ago.
The master saddlers at Walsall devote all their expertise in fitting both horse
& rider. This level of quality is seen in every saddle they produce.
For a nearly custom fit,
all saddles are available in regular, short, long or extra long flap lengths, in
regular or forward positions.
Tree sizes are narrow, medium, wide or extra wide.

Piaffe Tour or Short Tour. The ideal saddle for any dressage
rider. It's deep seat holds rider in proper position without
locking them in place. Long straight flaps are softly padded over
a pencil style knee roll. The seat, pads, flaps and panels
are made of specially tanned leather that is soft an durable. Tour

Saint Lourdes utilizes the most advanced
technology for its product development. Our spring tree is constructed
from thermo laminated wood, specially treated to avoid any absorption of
moisture. This virtually guarantees that the shape of the tree will stay
constant. Our unique process allows the tree to be flexible while
retaining durability. The seat, knee rolls and panels are designed
specifically for each saddle. We exclusively use German Gel Foam for
additional comfort and support for the horse and rider.
We are one of the few saddlers worldwide,
that owns their own tannery. The finest hides are individually selected.
We stay in complete control of the consistency of the tanning and color by using
the innovative Grass System. This is a 100% vegetable tanning
process, far advanced from most other procedures. It extends the life of
the leather by protecting against drying and cracking. Antibacterial and
antifungal agents are part of the tanning ingredients. This unique step
adds years to the life of your investment in saddlery.
